OSIRA VITALITY & WELLNESS APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY At Osira Vitality & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We value your time and ours, and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling policies. Cancellation Policy We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without communication may also be charged a 50% no-show fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. In some cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. Deposits & Future Booking Certain appointments or promotional events may require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. We understand emergencies happen and appreciate open communication whenever possible.
